All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference of fit, color, or style

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item (if available), or

  • A refund to the original payment method


Non-Eligible Items

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to improper care or washing

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer


Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • SBAM is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
